Mahsa Seydi

Mahsa is a Ph.D. student at UNSW Sydney and the NeuRA, having a focus on the multidimensional aspects of chronic pain in older populations. Her research focuses on developing a comprehensive pain assessment tool tailored for older individuals, considering physical, psychological, and social factors. Additionally, Mahsa is dedicated to designing an evidence-based intervention program to reduce pain and increase physical activity among older people.

Mahsa collaborates closely with experts in the field, engages with study participants, and employs state-of-the-art methodologies to enhance the understanding of chronic pain in older populations. Through her research, she aims to improve the quality of life for older individuals living with chronic pain by providing effective assessment tools and tailored interventions.
