The ARC Research Hub for Connected Sensors for Health is a collaboration between universities and industry involved in cutting-ed research seeking to position Australia at the forefront of connected health by conducting research into biophysical and biochemical sensors, addressing energy solutions sources, and closing the loop on data analytics and privacy and data security for improved health outcomes.
Our goal is to co-design, verify, and certify sensor technology to transform health care in Australia by enabling new approaches to diagnosis, monitoring, predictive treatment and prevention of disease.
The video conveys the purpose and ambition of the ARC Research Hub for Connected Sensors for Health, focusing on positioning Australia at the forefront of designing, manufacturing, and certifying connected sensors to deliver improved health outcomes for Australians and people
With the goal to position Australia at the forefront of connected sensor technology, our team will address unmet needs in the sector and build an end-to-end ecosystem integrating sensor science, design, manufacturing and commercialisation capabilities. Our research focuses on five themes:
