Security, Privacy and Regulation

Regulartory

Privacy protection and data security are major concerns for medical sensor systems and, more broadly, for the management and utility of data. Users want sensor systems to be tested against security risks at different levels of abstraction, and industry needs robust protection technologies suitable for sensor systems.

The Security, Privacy and Regulation Theme focuses on developing strategies at different levels to address the security vulnerabilities of embedded operating systems and embedded hardware undertaken within the broader context of ensuring that approaches and solutions are suitable to meet various regulatory and compliance frameworks.
