We’re thrilled to announce that the ARC Research Hub for Connected Sensors for Health has commenced. We are funded by the Australian Research Council (ARC) Industrial Transformation Research Program (ITRP), led by Professor Chun Hui Wang at the University of New South Wales. The Hub’s vision is to position Australia at the forefront of connected health by building wearable technologies for better health. With an investment of $24M, the Hub comprises a community of leading researchers and leaders from academia and industry working together towards this common goal.
Our program aims to advance research into wearable sensors by co-design, verifying, and certifying sensor technology using artificial intelligence, addressing data security and manufacturing. We plan to span multiple projects led by academics with PhD students and work together with our industry partners.
